WHAT IS YOUR HIRING PROCESS FOR YOUR CAREGIVERS?

All applicants are interviewed and tested. If we feel comfortable and confident with the individual after the interview, a criminal background check is issued. Previous employer verifications requests are also issued at this time. If the background check and reference return to DialMED Home Care clean and clear we offer a position to the applicant.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING OR DO YOU HIRE EXPERIENCED CARE GIVERS?
DO YOU CHECK REFERENCES?
DO YOUR CAREGIVERS PROVIDE YOU WITH A TB TEST CONFIRMATION?
