Caregivers are instructed never to leave the home if no one answers the door. Our first concern is that someone is in the home but unable to get to the door. Phone calls are placed to the home first and if there is no answer, we do our best to contact family or neighbors who might have further information. Many times over the years, our caregivers have discovered someone who is in need of immediate medical attention.
DialMED Home Care does not require nor believe in holding anyone to a long term commitment as no one knows what tomorrow may bring.
